We are delighted to be showing a selection of recent acquisitions in the gallery this summer. Highlights include a languorous design by Aubrey Beardsley made for the Yellow Book and on the market for the first time in over sixty years; an exceptional varnished drawing by Thomas Gainsborough and a monumental view of Coniston Water made from John Ruskin's house, Brantwood, by Joseph Severn.
We are also happy to be participating in Tracing Time, an exhibition of drawings mounted by Trois Crayons at No.9 Cork Street, just round the corner from the gallery.
